Angeles Mission College Campus Center
to recognize Chef Morgan for his Hermann G. Rausch Chefs Life Time Achievement Award
and to celebrate the efforts and hard work of one of our
founding members.
This
academy dinner will be prepared and
presented under the guidance of our
Chef of the Year 2004 winner -
Culinary Instructor Rudy Garcia and
his award winning students
at the LAMC Culinary Institute.
