President of Les Amis d’Escoffier Society of
Los Angeles, it is my pleasure to announce the
year 2003 dinner tribute to August Escoffier.
Our gala
dinner will be presented at the Regency Club,
Los Angeles on Monday, December 1, 2003. The
dinner will be prepared and presented in the
manner of Escoffier under the guidance of
Executive Chef Patrick Jamon.
