Dear Society Member and Friend of Escoffier:

As President of Les Amis d’Escoffier Society of Los Angeles, it is my pleasure to announce the year 2004 dinner tribute to Auguste Escoffier.

Our gala dinner will be presented at The California Club, Los Angeles on Monday, December 6th, 2004. The dinner will be prepared and presented under the guidance of Executive Chef Jean-Marc Weber in the manner of Escoffier.

at 6:30 PM

Featuring a Live Performance by Broadway Stars Diane and Ray Saar Performing Hits from Popular Broadway Musicals

Dinner at 7:30 PM
